Baby Goats!

I had the opportunity to spend my morning with multiple baby goats. I participated in goat yoga with my mother, sister-in-law and mother-in-law. We had the absolute best time! We traveled to a farm known as the Amish Farm and House: www.amishfarmandhouse.com. Their goat yoga classes are an hour long and filled with just pure joy. The baby goats are free to roam throughout the class and join in on the yoga fun. They are encouraged to climb on your back and boy do they love it! They also love the opportunity to nibble on your hair, mine was seemingly quite delicious.

During the excitement and hair nibbling I was still able to find my center through yoga. I love having that time to reflect on my present moment and exude gratitude. Every single day I feel more and more confident on my true path. Moments like goat yoga only compound that certainty and for that I am forever grateful. As I grow in light I see that our children are also growing in light and that just makes my heart swell to a point where I feel it might explode. Watching them have discussions about learning their purpose and knowing that there is so much more than our human limits fills me with pride.

A simple experience such as goat yoga can help to refocus my energy and keep me grounded as well. I thank the ladies at The Amish Farm and House for an amazing morning and rest assured we will be back, next time with the children!

Thank you for spending a part of your day with me, take a look at some of the photos from our fun!
